非对称Y型岔管抗外压稳定性分析

摘要 利用拱轴圆弧临界荷载理论讨论了岔管环向稳定性,并与相应圆柱管的抗外压临界荷载进行定性比较;用非线性有限元屈曲分析法,对岔管和相应圆柱管的抗外压临界荷载进行了量化比较;通过加劲环间距、管壁厚度对岔管临界荷载与相应圆柱管临界荷载比值的影响分析得出,岔管的抗外压临界荷载与其几何参数有关,不一定总是大于相应圆柱管临界荷载值。 The arch axis arc critical load theory is used to discuss the circular stability of branch pipe,and the qualitive comparison is made of the critical external compressive resistance of the corresponding oylindrical penstocks. The non-linear finite element buckling analysis is employed to do the quantitative comparison of the critical external compressive resistance between the Y-shaped pipe and the corresponding cylindrical penstocks. It is derived via the effect analysis of the stiffener ring spacing,the effect of pipe wall thickness upon Y-shaped pipe critical load and the ratio values of the corresponding cylindrical penstock critical load that the critical external compressive resistance of Y-shaped pipe is closely related to the geomethz parameters, but is always uncertain to be over the critical load values of the corresponding cylindrical penstock.
