摘要 文章分析了游梁式抽油机实际使用中存在的问题和直线电机驱动抽油机的研究现状,研究设计了功能齐全的ZDCYJ-Ⅰ型直线电机驱动抽油机,介绍了该型抽油机的结构、工作原理及其主要特点。该型抽油机冲程长、操作简单、传动效率高、节能效果好,故障点少,便于制动,可靠性较高,具有推广应用前景。 In this paper, the problem of use of beam pumping unit and the study status of pumping unit driven by a linear motor are analyzed. Based on the analysis and the study,a multifunctional, ZDCYJ-Ⅰ pumping unit driven by a linear motor has been designed. At the same time ,the structure, operating principle and main characteristic of ZDCYJ- Ⅰ pumping unit driven by a linear motor are introduced. The pumping unit possesses reatures of long stroke, simple operation, high transmission efficiency, little trouble, easy brake and high reliability. ZDCYJ- Ⅰ pumping unit driven by a linear motor has a large development potential.
