油井导管打入深度预测

摘要 用打桩机将油井导管打入地表,打入深度与地表岩土力学性能、导管几何尺寸及材料等有关。文章建立了导管打入深度的预测模型,并对导管打入深度进行了预测,预测结果与现场试验基本吻合,应用该方法可指导油井导管管材选择和施工参数的确定,实现导管打入优化作业。 An oil well pipe is struck into the earth's surface by the pile driver. The depth of strike has relations with such things as soil and rock mechanics capability of the earth's surface, geometrical size of pipe and materials, etc. The model forecasting depth of pipe striking was built in the paper, and had been applied in the certain oil field in Xin Jiang. Forecasting results accorded with spot tests basically. This method's application can instruct us in selecting material of oil well pipe and ascertaining construction parameters, realizing optimization work in pipe striking.
