摘要
氮化防腐油管是由胜利孤岛采油厂研制开发的用于解决油、水井油管腐蚀或偏磨问题的新型防腐油管,经过室内试验评价,其耐腐蚀性能优于其他防腐蚀油管。经过胜利油田200余口井的现场试验,没有出现因油管质量问题导致油、水井重新作业的情况,平均使用寿命已达到1 a以上,取得了良好的应用效果。
Nitride anticorrosion tube is a new anticorrosion tube which manufactured by Gudao oil production factory to solve oil or water well tube corrosion and off-center wear problem It has been strictly tested by lab experiment, its anticorrosion property is superior than other anticorrosion tubes. More than 200 wells scene experiments in ShengLi oil field proved, no failure happened in oil or water well re-operation caused by tube quality, these tubes＇ use lifespan has achieved more than 1 years, and its applied effect is perfect.
