摘要
钢轨在冷却过程中产生弯曲,为保证钢轨平直度,必须对其进行矫直,因为平直度是钢轨在实际使用中保证安全的重要指标之一。矫直机矫直力的大小,决定了矫直机的设备矫直能力,是矫直机的重要力能参数。本文对辊式钢轨矫直机的矫直力进行计算并与实际数据比较,达到比较满意结果。
The rail produces bend during cooling, it must be straightened because the straightness is one of important target values to ensure the requirement of straightness. The value of force of straighter decides its ability and is one of important energies. The force of the rail straighter is calculated in this paper and is compares with practical results, which is content.
