摘要 本文从反刍动物体内锌含量分布、营养需要及其标识等方面综述了锌对反刍动物的营养特性和生理功能。结合营养免疫学方面的研究,详述了有关锌影响反刍动物免疫功能的研究进展。 In this article, The nutritional characteristics and bio!ogical functions of zinc were reviewed according to the content and distributing in ruminant body,nutritional requirement and status. On the basis, combining with research work in nutritional immunology, the effects of zinc on immmune function on ruminant were narrated in detail.
