摘要
在认真分析电动摩托车控制器功能结构和控制机理的基础上,贯彻模块化设计思想,对新型摩托车控制器进行了深入的研究和反复探索,研制出一种具备软硬件过流和欠压保护以及刹车断电保护功能的智能化摩托车控制器,并借鉴现代UPS的电池管理技术,赋予该控制器先进的电池管理功能。经理论计算和实际测试,证明该控制器与进口同类型产品相比,结构更简单、功能更完善,成本更低廉。
On the base of analyzing the electric motorcycle controller's configuration of function and manipulative elements, carrying through the blocking idea of design and studying the new type electric motorcycle, this controller has the function of current protection, voltage protection and power off when braking. Using the advanced management system of the modern UPS for the reference, one manage system which fits to the electric motorcycle controller is developed. A lot of tests and accounts prove this controller simpler, cheaper and more consummate than the controller imported from foreign country .
