摘要
以聚醚多元醇为基本原料,辅以多种添加剂,与多异氰酸酯聚合,得到一种性能优异的反应型单组分聚氨酯热熔胶;探讨了增粘树脂、稀释剂等对产品性能的影响;用化学分析和红外光谱对固化过程进行了表征。结果表明:合成过程中应控制n(NCO)/n(OH)在1.5-2.5,其产品软化点为80-90℃;产品性能优于HG/T 3698- 2002标准,可用于书本无线装订。合成工艺简单,成本与EVA型装订胶相近,而粘接强度、柔韧性、耐低温、耐溶剂性能等却优于EVA型热熔胶,具有很好的应用前景。
