环氧锚固剂在桥梁缆索锚具锚固中的应用

Application of epoxy anchoring agent during anchorage fixing of bridge cables

桥梁缆索是现代大跨度桥梁——悬索桥、斜拉桥和拱吊桥的主要承重结构,为了保证桥梁和缆索结构的安全,必须强化桥梁缆索锚固系统和防腐保护。介绍了桥梁缆索环氧铁砂填料锚固系统(环氧锚固剂)的构成和特点,结合实际应用中存在的问题,讨论环氧锚固剂在桥梁缆索锚具锚固中如何成功的应用。

The bridge cables are main loading structure members of modern large scale bridges, such as suspended-cable bridge, diagonal bridge and arch suspended bridge. In order to ensure safety of the bridges and the cables, the anchoring system of the bridge cables should be consolidated and protected for anticorrosion. The composition and the characteristics of epoxy resin/iron sand anchoring system（epoxy anchoring agent）for bridge cables were introduced. Combined with the problems of practical applications, this paper discussed how to apply successfully the epoxy anchoring agent during anchorage fixing of bridge cables.
