用环氧树脂灌注集电环的工艺研究

摘要 用环氧树脂灌注集电环模块是雷达汇流环生产的一个重要环节,灌注体系配方的优劣,将直接影响集电环模块机械加工性能和电性能。首先从理论的角度分析了环氧树脂、固化剂、增韧剂、填料、促进剂的选用,确定了配方,并通过实践验证了其合理性,还结合实际工作中灌注后模块易出现的故障及解决措施进行了分析。 Pouring collecting ring model lump using epoxy resin is an important link during the collecting ring production. The success or failure of compounding for pouring system is directly work in concert with the mechanical process and electronic ability of collecting ring model lump. At first, the choice principle of the epoxy resin, curing agent, flexibilizer, filler and promoter was theoretically analyzed . The compounding system was fixed and then its reasonability was experimentally verified. The common breakdown and its settle measures for the poured model lump in practical work were also analyzed.
