摘要
用N_2吸附法系统研究了温度和气氛(还原性气氛,情性气氛)对重庆松藻原煤试制活性炭表面性质(比表面积、孔径分布、孔结构及孔形状)的影响;红外光谱法初步测定了活化条件对其表面基团的影响。结果表明,活性灰在不同气氛中经高温活化,表面积减小,按顺序:在氮气氛中减小不大,在H_2气中减小较大,在(N_2+H_2)混合气中明显减小。孔由微孔为主变成以中孔为主,孔形由墨水瓶形变成园筒形。
The method of nitrogen adsorption is used to study the effect of temperature and atmosphere ( inert and reducing atmosphere ) on surface properties——specific surface area, pore distribution and pore strucure of activated carbon made from raw coal ( produced in Chongqing Shongzao ) . Infrared spectroscopy was also used to determine the effect of activation condition on surface group of activated carbon. The results show that the surface area of activated carbon decreases when activated at high temperature. The reduction of specific surface area is the largest in N2 + H2 atmosphere, and is larger inH2 atmosphere than that in N2 atmosphere. Besides, the main part of pores is changed into transient from micro-pore, and pore shape is also changed into columnar shape from shape of ink cottJe.
