摘要
目的了解待产妇血清蛋白电泳图谱的改变。方法采用英国Helena Spife2000蛋白电泳仪测定90例待产妇(实验组)、30例育龄非孕健康女性(对照组)的血清蛋白电泳。同时在美国Beckman Array360上采用散射比浊法测定30例实验组和20例对照组的血清铜蓝蛋白(CER)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、补体C3(C3)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)、α1-酸性糖蛋白(AAG)、α1-抗胰蛋白酶(AAT)、触珠蛋白(HPT)。结果实验组白蛋白百分比[(47.88±5.1)%]较对照组[(54.24±4.2)%]低(P<0.01),α1、α2、β球蛋白百分比较对照组显著增高,分别是α1球蛋白实验组[(6.87±1.78)%]、对照组[(3.96±0.67)%](P<0.01);α2球蛋白实验组[(10.70±2.25)%]、对照组[8.66±2.49)%](P<0.01);β球蛋白实验组[(16.21±3.05)%]、对照组[(11.86±1.90)%](P<0.01);而γ球蛋白百分比[(18.33±3.91)%]与对照组[(21.27±4.86)%]相比则明显降低(P<0.01)。实验组C3、TRF、CRP、CER、AAT较对照组显著增高(P<0.01),IgG较对照组显著降低(P<0.01),Ig M、IgA、HPT、AAG与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论待产妇血清蛋白电泳谱的改变主要表现在白蛋白、γ球蛋白降低,而α1、α2、β球蛋白比例增加。α1球蛋白的增加与AAT、CER的增加有关,α2、β球蛋白比例增加与CRP、TRF、C3增高有关,而γ球蛋白降低与IgG降低有较大相关性。
Objective To investigate the change of serum protein electrophoresis in pregnant women. Methods The Helena spire 2000 agarose gel electrophoresis technique was used for serum protein electrophoresis in both 90 pregnant women(study roup)and 30 healthy unpregnant women ( control group). Meantime, serum ceruloplasmin ( CER), transferrin ( TRF), complement-3, C-reactive protein(CRP) .immunoglobulin-G (IgG), immunoglobulin-A ( IgA), immunoglobulin-M ( IgM), α1-acidglycoprotein(AAG), α1-antitrypsin(AAT). and haptoglobin(HPT) were assayed by Beckman Array 360 for 30 cases in the study group and 20 cases in the control group. Results Compared with the control group, the percent of albumin was lower[ (47.88±5.1 )% VS ( 54.24±4.2 ) %, P〈0.01 ], the percent of α1 ,α2,and β-globin were higher (6.87±1.78)% VS(3.96±0.67) % ; (10.70±2.25)% VS(8.66±2.49) % ;(16.21±3.05)% VS(11.86±1.90)% ,P〈0.01] ,the percent of γ-globin was lower[(18.33±3.91)% VS(21.27±4.86)% ,P〈0.01]. the levels of serum C1,TRF,CER,CRP and AAT were higher than that in control group. IgG was significantly lower. IgM. IgA, HPT and AAG were not different(P〈0.05). Conclusion The changes of serum protein electrophoresis results in the pregnant women were mainly presented with the decreased in albumin and γ-globin levels,increased percent of α1 ,α2 and β-globins. Increased percent of α1 markedly related with increased AAT,CER,increased percent of α2 and β-globins markedly related with increased CRP.TRF and Ca ,decreased percent of γ-globins markedly related with decreased IgG.
