摘要 脂联素球状结构域(gAd)与脂联素受体1(AdipoR1)有很高的亲和力,本文概述了其增加胰岛素的敏感性、抑制胰腺β细胞的凋亡、促进脂肪酸的氧化、抑制粥样硬化性疾病的生理学功能。
