摘要 随着科学技术的发展与应用,抗生素敏感试验在传统的琼脂扩散法和稀释法的基础上得到了长足的发展。本文按试验测试所用的基本方法和原理,对琼脂扩散法、稀释法、E试验法、放射性核素法、荧光法、气体压力法和流式细胞术法的抗生素敏感试验作一综述。
