乙肝病毒前S1抗原阳性结果分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨乙肝病毒前S1抗原(Pre-S1Ag)的检测意义. 方法分析548例Pre-S1Ag阳性结果与乙肝'两对半'和HBV-DNA结果的关系.结果 Pre-S1Ag阳性的乙肝'两对半' 结果出现8种模式. 其中HBsAg阴性占0.55%, HBeAg阴性占61.13%;Pre-S1Ag和HBV-DNA均阳性时, '大三阳'的HBV-DNA含量≥106 Copies/ml占86.49%;'小三阳' HBV-DNA含量在103～109 Copies/ml范围.结论检测Pre-S1Ag是对HBsAg和HBeAg阴性及HBV-DNA检查困难的重要补充,在防止乙肝漏诊和误诊及了解疾病的转归和是否携带HBV变异毒株等方面都具有重要的临床应用价值.
