摘要
分析了当前电力调度自动化系统的网络安全形势,介绍了江苏电力调度自动化系统原有的运行模式和4个安全区,指出可能存在的网络安全问题,提出解决方案。简述了电力系统专用的网络安全物理隔离设备工作原理,根据《江苏电力二次系统安全防护方案》制定对现有能量管理系统进行安全隔离改造方案,论证其可行性并加以实施。
The network security situation of the current power dispatching automation system (PDAS) is analyzed, and the former operation mode of PDAS and four security areas in Jiangsu are briefly described,then the problem of security is ponited out. This paper settles on a solution to the problem,and defines the principle of network security isolation device for electric power system. Based on (Jiangsu Power's Security Protect Policy of Secondary System),the security isolation reformation project of current energy management system (EMS)is established, the feasibility is demonstrated, and the course of realization is illustrated.
