摘要
基于一个混合控制型的AVC实用系统,对地区电网的关口无功控制进行了设计与实现。在保留了既有系统的优点的同时,在拓扑上将地区电网按照供电区域进行解耦,并基于最基本的电路叠加原理,计算出电容器投切与地区关口支路灵敏度,从而设计出了启发式的关口控制方法。在设计中考虑了与既有优化策略的协调,考虑了关口无功控制对电压质量、线损优化的影响。在闭环控制中采用一些实用化处理,使得控制策略更加实用可靠。现场控制实例表明,算法实用、鲁棒性好,无收敛性问题,有效满足地区电网的管理需求。
Based on a type of mixed and controlling AVC practical system, a brief analysis on the design and fulfillment of the gateway reactive power control is given. On the one hand, it has kept the system's original advantages and disintegrates the electric, power network according to its power supplying area. Based on the most elementary add-up principle, it also calculates the sensibility between the condenser's response and the branch circuit of district gateway ,and a heuristic method on juncture's control is designed. Many other aspects have been taken into consideration in the design,such as the adjustment of optimization strategy, reactive power control on quality of voltage and optimization of wire damage. Some practical dealing on close control to make the strategy more practical and reliable are applied. The scene concrete cases show that this calculating method is very practical ,reliable, and will not cause convergent problem. It can meet the needs of district power network management effectively.
