摘要
供水成本是确定供水价格的基础,其主要由供水生产成本、营业费用、管理费用和财务费用4个要素组成。通过对其构成要素的分析,建立水利工程供水成本数学模型并用于计算四川省水利工程供水成本。
Water supply cost is the foundation of water price. Through analysis of the key elements affecting water supply cost of hydraulic engineering, a mathematical model has been established and used to analyze hydraulic projects in Sichuan Province. It is helpful for Sichuan Province's policy making.
