青海道地药材秦艽中龙胆苦苷的含量测定

DETECTION OF GENTIOPICROSIDE IN GENTIANA FROM QINGHAI AREA

目的测定青海道地药材秦艽中龙胆苦苷的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为LichrospherC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇一水(1:2V/V。结果在0.54-5.40μg范围内龙胆苦苷峰面积与浓度线性关系良好(r=0.9994),平均回收率为98.8%(RSD=2.03%),日内、日间精密度分别为1.20%和1.93%。结论所测样品中龙胆苦苷含量均高于《中国药典》(2000年版)秦艽含量测定项下标准要求。

Objective To determine the contents of gentiopicroside in wild gentiana from Qinghai. Methods The concentration of gentiopicroside was determined by RP-HPLC method,the analysis involved a 250mm × 4.6mm colamn packed with C18（5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methyl alcohol-water（1：2）. Results A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.54-5.40μg（r=0.9994）. The average recovery was 98.8%,the relative stand deviations of within-day and between-bay were 1.20% and 1.93% respectively. Conclusion The gentiopicroside contents in determined gentiana were higher than prescribed contents of ChP（2000）.
