反相高效液相色谱法测定藏成药央宗三宝胶囊中腺苷的含量

DETERMINATION OF ADENOSINE TIBETAN YANGZONGSANBAO CAPSULES BY RP-HPLC

目的建立央宗三宝胶囊中腺苷的反相高效液相色谱测定方法。方法C18柱,磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.5)-甲醇(93:7)为流动相,检测波长260nm。结果腺苷浓度在0.099-0.495μg范围内,峰面积与进样量线性关系良好。回归方程Y=3544.24X-30,r=0.9993,平均回收率为98.0%,RSD=0.98%(n=5)。结论本法重现性好,准确快速,可作为质量控制指标。

Objective To develop a method for the determination of Adenonsine in Yangzongsanbao Capsules. Methods A RP-HPLC was used on ODS colum with a mobile phase of 0.01MNaH2PO4 0.01MNa2HPO4-Methanol （63.7：29.3：7, pH6.5） and the detection wavelength at 260nm. Results The linear regression equation was Y =3544.24X-30, r=0.9993. The average recoveries of Adenosine were 98.00% with RSD=1.0 （n=5）. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and reproducible. It may be used as indexes of quality control.
