RP-HPLC法测定决明子及其制剂银屑灵胶囊中大黄酚的含量

DETERMINATION OF CHRYSOPHANOL IN SEMEN CASSIAE AND ITS PREPARATION(YINXIELING CAPSULE) BY RP-HPLC

目的建立决明子药材及其制剂银屑灵胶囊中大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法反相高效液相测定法,HpyersilC18分析(250mm×4.6mm.5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸(80:20),检测波长:439:nm,流速:1.0ml·min-1。结果大黄酚在0.0784-0.3920μg范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.5%。结论本法简便、准确,可用于决明子及其制剂银屑灵胶囊的质量控制。

Objective A method for determination of Chrysophanol in Semen Cassiae and its preparation Yinxieling capsule was established. Methods The reversed-phase system consisted of ODS silica gel column （250mm×4.6mm, 5μm）,using a mobile phase of methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid （80：20）. The eluate with a flow rata of 1.0 ml. min^-1 was detected at the wavelength of 439 nm. Results The linear range of the determination is 0.0784-0.3920 μg （r= 0.9998）, the average recovery was 98.5%. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate and available for the quality control of semen cassiae and its preparation （yinxieling capsule）.
