摘要
以无花果叶提取物对供试菌进行抑菌实验。结果表明,无花果叶提取物具有较强的抗菌活性;其对供试菌金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、四联微球菌、普通变形菌的最低抑菌浓度均为0.025 g/mL,对大肠杆菌、噬夏孢欧文氏菌、灰葡萄孢、枯斑拟盘多毛孢的最低抑菌浓度均为0.050 g/mL。对有抑菌活性的组分利用柱色谱进行分离并用波谱进行鉴定,得到两个抑菌化合物分别为补骨脂素和香柠檬内脂。
Antibacterial activities of Ficus Carical Leaves against tested bacteria were studied. The results show that Ficus Carical Leaves extracts have excellent antibacterial activity, and the minimal inhibitory concentraction against staphylococcus aureus, bacillus subtilis, micrococcus tetragenus, and proteus vulgaris is 0. 025g/mL and that against escherichia coli, erwinia uredovora, botrytis cinerea, and pestalotiopsis mangiferae is 0. 050g/mL. Antibacterial constituents were separated by column chromatography with silica gel, whose seperators were isolated, and were identified as bergapten and psoralen by spectral analysis.
