摘要
龙滩电站长距离高速胶带输送机作为大坝混凝土生产砂石骨料输送系统的中枢,承担着龙滩大坝标段混凝土总量约640万m3的骨料运输任务,是我国水电行业迄今为止第一条单机最长、自动化程度最高的高速胶带机运输系统。与传统带式输送机的运转控制方式相比较,该系统可通过计算机网络实现自动运转控制,具备主要故障的检测和故障处理功能及保护功能,可实现机旁无人值守,从而使运行更经济、高效和可靠。通过近一年的实际运行管理,现将其自动控制技术及运行管理过程中存在问题及改进情况作一简单介绍,以供类似工程参考。
As the backbone of the transportation system of sand and stone aggregate for the construction of dam concrete, the long-distance high-speed adhesive belt conveyor at the Longtan hydropower station bears the transportation task of 6.40 million m3 of aggregate for the concrete of the standard section of Longtan dam, and it is the first, longest (for a single conveyor), highest automatic high-speed conveying system in the hydropower industry in China. Compared with the operation control mode of the traditional belt conveyor, this conveying system can realize the automatic operation control through the computer network, and it possesses the functions of detecting and treating major faults and the function of protection, and does not need workers to operate, so this system makes operation more economic, effective and reliable. This system has been operating and managing for nearly one year. The paper will briefly present some problems and improvements of the automatic control technique of this system during operation and management for the reference of the similar engineering.
