籼稻巨胚不育系98-14geA的选育与研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过Co60-γ射线照射籼稻保持系98-14B种子,获得其巨胚隐性单基因突变体98-14geB。98-14geB与98-14B主要农艺性状无显著差异,但绝对胚重和相对胚重分别由0.57mg和2.69%提高到1.17mg和6.33%。98-14geB糙米的蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维、各种矿物质及氨基酸含量比98-14B显著提高。蛋白质含量11.87%,比98-14B提高了22.46%;粗脂肪含量5.25%,提高了58.13%;17种氨基酸含量均提高了,提高幅度为10.05%~34.85%;98-14geB的矿物质元素含量也普遍高于98-14B。与98-14B相比,98-14geB千粒重及生产力有所下降。用98-14geB回交98-14A育成巨胚不育系98-14geA。98-14geA与98-14A的主要农艺性状、雄性不育性特征及构成产量配合力均无明显差异。利用巨胚恢复系与98-14geA组配成巨胚杂交稻,还就巨胚稻的育种技术作了讨论。 Induced mutants indica B lines with giant embryo 98-14geB were directly obtained after irradiation on maintainers 98-14B. 98-14geB lines had similar plant tapes as the corresponding 98-14B lines. Compared with 98-14B, 98-14geB has an increase in the absolute and relative embryo weight of its brown rice, from 0. 57mg to 1. 17mg and 2. 69% to 6.33% o 98-14geB contains higher content of protein( 11.87% ) and lipid(5.25% ). The contents of ",ill 17 kinds of amino acids rose by 10.05% to 34.85% ; By back crossing 98-14geB lines with its corresponding A lines 98-14A, giant embryo CMS lines 98-14geA were developed. 98-14geA lines had similar plant tapes,pollen fertility and yield components as 98-14A lines. Crossing giant embryo restorer lines with 98-14geA and giant embryo hybrids were developed. In addition, the breeding technology for giant embryo rice was discussed in this paper.
