摘要 对不同炭化温度的PAN基炭纤维的小角X射线散射强度进行测试.基于小角X射线散射理论,利用逐级切线法和材料分形理论中的散射强度法,分别计算PAN基炭纤维内微孔大小、体积分数及微孔表面分形维数.给出了不同炭化温度PAN基炭纤维的微孔大小、体积分数、微孔表面分形维数的定量表征及其随炭化温度的变化规律. The samples of PAN - based carbon fiber with different carbonization temperatures are measured by small angle X- ray scattering technique. Based on SAXS theory and fractal theory, we obtain the calculating method and calculating formulas of the pore size, pore volume percentage and the fractal of pore surface in PAN- based carbon fiber. Computing program is used in analyzing SAXS data. The changing of those parameters according carbonization temperature and their effects to mechanical properties of PAN - based carbon fiber has been given.
