摘要
对赤芝液体深层培养的工艺条件进行探索,得出其最佳摇瓶培养条件为:温度(24～28)℃,种龄4d,接种量10%,振荡转速为150r/min,培养时间为6 d,在最佳工艺条件下菌丝体干重可达23.5g/L.
The submerged culture of Ganoderma lucidum was optimized. The optimum shake flask conditions were： cultural temperature （24-28） ℃; shaking frequency 150 r/min;inoculum size 10% ;inoculum ages 4 days. cultural time 6 days. Under the optimum conditions, the dry weight of mycelium was 23.5 g/L..
