阴离子加聚对脉冲倒极电解合成聚合铝的影响

摘要 探索了实验过程中聚合S iO32-和SO42-离子团的加入对脉冲自动倒极电解合成聚合氯化硅酸硫酸铝、聚合氯化硅酸铝、聚合氯化硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝产品稳定性的影响,确定了最佳的合成条件.然后采用酸解、碱聚和陈化镜检,对产品的稳定性进行了研究.结果表明:聚合S iO32-与SO42-离子对聚合铝凝剂稳定性的影响大小顺序为:S iO32-+SO42->SO42->S iO32-. The impact of poly SiO3^2- and SO4^2- ions on the stability of Al-based coagulants produced by Pulse Auto-rearrange able Electrodes Electrolysis was investigated in this paper. Al-based coagulants includes poly-aluminum silicate sulfate chloride (PASSC), poly-aluminum silicate chloride (PASiC), poly-alumihum sulfate chloride (PASC) and poly-aluminum chloride (PAC). Their stability was studied by acid addition, base addition and long time aging , which shows that the impact of poly SiO3^2- and SO4^2- ions on the stability of Al-based coagulants is poly SiO3^2- and SO4^2- 〉SO4^2- 〉poly SiO3^2-.
