提出采用仿形修磨方法代替目前的手工方式刃磨,并对滚切刀曲线刃的仿形模板设计了一种刀补算法.

When rolling cutter is used in the manufacturing process of automatic production line, it wears off easily and needs being skived very often. To solve this problem, the article proposes to replace the traditional manual grind by shape copy grind method. Further more, the authors work out a new arithmetic of cutter compensation for a shape copy, which is designed for grinding rolling cutter.
