摘要
介绍了CCD传感器测量滚针直径的基本原理,制定了分选整体方案,以实现滚针的自动、在线大批量测量和分选,提高滚动轴承的装配精度.
The essential principle and the classified integration scheme of measuring roller diameter with CCD sensor are introduced in the paper, which can realize the on-line automatic measurement and classification of large numbers of rollers, and enhance the assembly precision of ball bearing.
