摘要
利用Ansys有限元分析软件,对一种新型测头的结构进行了静力学和动力学分析.分析结果表明,这种新型的测头具有固有频率高、抗振性好的特点.
With the software of ANSYS, the static and dynamic characteristics of the structure of a new probe are analyzed. The result of the analysis proves that the probe has high inherent frequency and good anti vibration capability.
