Investigation and Pondering for Stair Enclosure in Residence Buliding

住宅楼梯间除应满足垂直交通、疏散等基本功能外,尚应提高交通环境的质量和提供人际交往的场所。在对江苏省淮安、扬州、盐城及连云港四市住宅调查的基础上,对住宅楼梯间的设计和施工进行了认识与思考,并就新世纪小康住宅的楼梯设计与使用提出了有益的建议。

The stair enclosure of residence building must satisfy the basic function in aspects of perpendicular traffic, decentralization.., etc.. Basing on the investigation for the stair enclos.ure of residence building in four cities of Huaian, Yangzhou, Yancheng and Lianyungang, this paper ponders on the design and construction in them, and gives some beneficial suggestions that we should increase the mass of the environment of traffic and company with the place that provides the humanrelations in new century.
