The coefficient of deflection is widely used in our country, has yielded plenty of research results and experience. It is applied not only to design of pavement texture（ design of deflection）, but also to construction control and acceptance（acceptance of deflection coefficient after completion of project）, at the same time to design of used road strengthening yet, so it is a basic parameter in highway project. Thus, correct test of it possesses and important significance.
