泵送混凝土施工裂缝问题的探讨

摘要 泵送混凝土较原始的人工浇筑混凝土有改善混凝土施工性能,对壁薄密筋结构少振捣或不振捣施工,而且能减少收缩、防止裂缝、提高抗渗性、改善耐久性等优点;但在大体积混凝土施工中,一般都存在裂缝,完全没有裂缝是不可能的。本文对泵送混凝土施工裂缝进行原因分析、探讨;提出减少病害防治措施。 Pumped concrete would improve the performance of concrete construction against matual cast of concrete, allows dense reinforcement with thin wall to lessen vibration or to be without one, is able to avoid reinforcement crack owing to its shrinkage reducing, and raises impermeability and durability. However, in construction of mass - concrete by present method, there occurs crack commonly also, entirely free of crack is impossible. The paper analyzes reasons for crack in pumped concrete construction and puts forward measures for prevention - treatment.
