儿童多动行为问题对学习障碍及认知结构的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨儿童多动行为问题对学习障碍(LD)及其认知结构的影响。方法采用修订版儿童学习障碍筛查量表(PRS)、Conners儿童行为问卷父母量表(PSQ)和教师量表(TRS)对深圳市城区小学及初中学生进行了测评分析。结果学习障碍筛出率12.20%,其中男生17.00%,女生7.30%,性别差异有显著性;PRS各学能区与Conners量表各行为问题关系密切,具注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)特征的LD儿童其认知结构表现为社会行为能力明显低下。结论有针对性地矫治儿童行为问题是防治LD发生的有效措施。 Objective To investigate the effect caused by behavior problems to learning disabilities and the cognitive character of learning disabilities. Methods The student of shenzhen city were Analysed by The Pupil Rating Scale Revised Screensing for Learning (PRS) , Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire (PSQ) and Conners Teacher Rating Scale(TRS). Results The prevalence rate of LD is 12.20% , 17.00% in boys and 7.30% in girls. There were great affinity between learning disabilities and behavior problems. The LD children with character of ADHD show obvious sociality disability. Conclusion Learning disabilities should be prevented by personality measures.
