量表评定在精神科门诊的应用现状分析

The state of rating scale in psychiatric clinic

目的了解评定量表在精神科门诊的应用情况,比较精神科门诊对评定量表的选择应用。方法采用惠诚心理测验软件综合系统4.0版(含54种量表)对2003年8月至2004年7月前来我院门诊就诊并进行测定的2168例进行分析。结果54种量表中,共有18种量表被应用,使用率较高的前5种量表为症状自评量表(SCL-90),1472人次,占67.90%;简明精神病评定量表(BPRS),217人次,占10.01%;抑郁自评量表(SDS),108人次,占4.98%;阳性症状量表(SAPS),74人次,占3.41%;明尼苏达多相人格检查表(MMPI),70人次,占3.23%。12种类型中8类被应用,包含症状自评量表、他评量表、人格测试及智能测验等。量表的应用趋势显示,SCL-90尽管还是主要使用的量表,但有下降趋势,其他量表的应用均有上升趋势,且与门诊诊次比较,量表的使用相对稳定。结论评定量表已成为精神科门诊广泛使用而稳定的辅助诊断手段,应用范围渐趋广泛而专业。

Objective To investigate and compare the using state of rating scales in psychiatric clinic. Methods 2 168 case in psychiatric clinic was sampled and tested with software comprehensive system （contain 54 kinds）. Results 18 kinds of scales have been applied. The former five scales of higher utilization rate is SCL-90, BPRS, SDS, SAPS, MMPI. The tendency of SCL-90 scale is the main scales but to drop,others have uptrend. The use of rating scales is stabilized relatively in psychiatric clinic. Conclusion Rating scales have become supplementary diagnosis means in psychiatric clinic.
