摘要
本文对山东省医院补偿状况进行了分析。认为政府对医院的财政拨款存在相对下降趋势,医疗亏损情况严重,医院对药品收益的依赖性逐步加大,医院补偿机制存在较多问题。为此,提出了有关的政策思路和措施。
Analyzing the compensation for the hospital in Shandong province, the authors found that the finance from the government was relative decrease and the dependence on the drug income was increase in the hospital. To perfect the compensation mechanism for the hospital, some policyes and methods were suggested.
