摘要
该文从国有资产流失案件入手,分析流失的原因,评析了用适用信托制度解决海外资产管理问题的优点和局限性,提出对海外资产的管理需要综合法律手段来调整,才能真正做到实现海外资产保值增值。
Based on the case of state--owned assets loss, this article analyzes the reasons for the loss, reviews the advantages and disadvantages of applying trust system to the management of overseas assets and puts forward some integrated legal means to regulate the management in order to preserve and increase the value of the overseas assets.
