摘要
用小试样研究了连铸JW钢中板的静弯特性及带状组织的影响。结果表明,表面层的氧化脱碳使静弯屈服强度降低15%左右;用反复锻造和扩散退火消除带状组织后,其静弯屈服强度提高11%左右,其裂纹萌生功有所增加,但却降低裂纹扩展功。
The static bending property and foe effect of banded structure have been studied with small specimens made of continuous casting medium plate of the type JW steel. The results indicate that the oxido-decarbonisation on the surface makes the static bending yield strength decrease by 15%.Forging repeatedly and annealling for longer time,the banded structure can be removed and the static bending yield strength increases by 11%.In this case,crack initiation energy increases,but crack extension energy decreases.
