摘要
教育活动在本质上是一种对话式教育,通过教育对话达到教育主体之间以及个体与人类文化之间生命精神能量的转换,促进个体生命质量的不断提升。教育对话是一种民主平等的“我—你”关系,是一种“共享”关系,是一种人与人之间相互理解和自我理解的过程,也是一种个体与人类文化之间生命精神能量的转换和创造性生成过程。
Education activity is essentially a kind of dialoglc education, which transforms the spiritual energy of life not only among educational agents, but also between the individual and his/her culture. What' s more, it continuously improves the individual's life quality. Educational dialogue is a democratic and equal “I-Thou” relationship, a kind of “shared” relationship, a process of understanding of others and selfunderstanding, and also a transforming and creatively generative process of the spiritual energy of life between the individual and his/her culture.
