摘要
台阶轴是一类复杂锻件，合理的工艺计算模型是提高工艺设计水平的关键。本文提出三段式于模型以及虚拟轴节方法可以概括各种台阶轴，在此基础上可采用现代计算机及计算机优化技术，自动编制出最优的锻造工艺方案。
The axle is a kind of complicate forgings,whose reasonable computing model is the key of improring the forging technic.The three axle-neck submodel and virtual axle-neck can include all kinds of axle.The modern computer and optimization method can be used to dosign the optimum forging plan on the base.
