本文分别探讨文莱石油和天然气的发展与现状,中国与文莱的石油贸易,以及文莱能源主要输出国日本、韩国获取海外能源稳定供应的主要策略。本文认为,中国可借鉴日韩两国的成功经验,积极参与海外能源开发,参与东南亚产油国的能源开发。

The paper discusses the development and current situation of the petroleum and natural gas industry in Brunei, studies the petroleum trade between China and Brunei, probe into the tactics employed Japan and Korea in obtaining energy resources. The thesis holds that China can use as reference the successful experience of Japan and Korea and actively take part in the development of overseas energy resources in Southeast Asia.
