化学镀Ni—W—P合金镀层耐磨耐蚀性研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过对化学镀Ni—P层进行合金化,获得了一种含W9.7%.P5.9%的Ni—W—P三元合金镀层。研究表明该镀层具有良好的热稳定性,在600℃×1h热处理后,其硬度值达到峰值(约为HV(100)1060);其耐磨性优于Ni—P镀层;在1N的HCl溶液中,和Ni—P层比较,其耐蚀性稍差。 A new tertiary alloy deposit of Ni-W-P containing 9.7 % of tungsten and 5.9 % of phosphorus was developed by alloying the electroless nickle coatings.The research shows that the deposits have good heat stability and a maximum microhardness value up to 1060HV is obtained after a one-hour heat-treatment at 600℃; Ni-W-P alloy deposits has better wear resistance than Ni-P deposits. but its corrosion resistance in the solution of 1N HCl is less superior to the latter.
