摘要
对常规铸造Pb-17%Sn合金的固态及半固态挤压进行了研究.结果表明,半固态挤压的挤压抗力远低于固态挤压;在一定的温度范围(190~245℃)内,进行半固态挤压可获得品质优良的挤压产品。
The extrusion behaviour of conventional cast Pb-17%Sn alloy was investigated in both solid and semisolid. Test results show that the extrusion force required in the semisolid state is much lower than that in the solid state. And within certain temperature (190-245℃),satisfactory products can be produced with semisolid extrusion.
