摘要
本文以典籍中的一些记载和有关史实为依据,对高句丽的法律内容作出概括、论证。揭示了高句丽法律和司法的特征:渊源的多元性、内容的原始性、实施的残酷性。
Based on some records of ancient historical books, this paper generalizes and discusses the contents of the laws of Gaogouli. It opens out the characteristics of Gaogouli laws and justice, namely, origin diversity, content primitiveness and cruelty in implementation.
