摘要
研究了热处理工艺对Ni-P-金刚石化学复合镀层结构及性能的影响.结果显示,复合镀层在300℃时开始晶化,经400~500℃热处理后形成Ni+Ni3P+金刚石混合结构;镀层硬度在400℃达到最大值;热处理提高了镀层的耐磨性能.
The results showed:The crystallization of the composite coating took place at 300℃. After heat treatment at 400℃  ̄ 500 ℃, the structure of the coating was Ni+Ni3P+Diamond mixture. The hardness of the coating was the highest after heat treatment at 400℃. Heat treatment could improved the wear resistance of the coating.
