摘要 通过对轧制工艺参数的改变,获得了晶粒条带宽窄程度不同的板材.力学性能测试结果表明:晶粒条带越细则室温力学性能越好,而高温性能较差,晶粒条带增宽有利于提高600℃的持久寿命,但导致室温性能下降. By changing the process variable of hot- rolling .the sheets which contained different width of grainted grain were obtained. The tenslie properties were tested and the results indicated that the thiner the elongated grain size was,the better the RT properties were,but the worse the HT properties were. However,when the elongated grain size was increased,the creep limit at 600℃ was improved but the RT properties decrease.
