摘要
采用控制传热方向和冷却条件的方法,在灰铸铁中获得不同类型结晶形貌的γ枝晶组织,并研究了γ枝晶的不同生长形貌与机械性能之间的对应关系.结果表明,发达的等轴枝晶所形成的网络骨架结构对铸铁强化作用最显著,柱状枝晶各向异性,平行于一次晶轴方向的σb远高于其它方向,也比其他类型的树枝晶高,垂直于一次晶轴方向的σb相对较低;短粗不发达枝晶对应的σb最低.
The different morphology of austenitic dendrites in gray iron was obtained by controling the direction of heat transfer and cool condition,and correlative relationship between morphology of dendrites and mechanical property was studied. The results shoW that the developed equiaxial dendrites being of network skeleton structure possess an marked effect on the σb of gray iron,and column detidrites is non-isotropic, in direction parallel to primary axis of dendrites the as is higher than in other direction,also,higher than other morphology of dendrites .and in vertical direction the ac is lower,and the d6 corresponded with short-thick and no-developed dendrites is lowest.
