摘要
讨论了磷在不同孕育条件下对铸态厚壁高韧性球铁QT400—18的延伸率的影响,研究了磷与硅共同作用对延伸率影响的规律,提出了减小磷在铸态厚壁高韧性球铁生产中有害作用的措施.
The influence of phosphorus on the elongation of as-cast high toughness heavy section ductile iron has been discussed,and the characteristic of the influence of phosphorus and silicon together on the elongation was investigated. Finally,the authors have made mention of some measures to eliminate harmful role of phosphorus in theproduction of as-cast high toughness heavy section ductile iron.
