摘要
为了确保高速铁路安全运行,实时监测牵引变压器运行状态,及时地发现牵引变压器内部故障具有重要的意义。文章在分析牵引供电系统运行可靠性要求和牵引变压器故障诊断要求的基础上,提出了基于DGA技术的牵引变压器在线监测的构想,并设计了相应的TTM-Ⅰ型牵引变压器在线监测系统,实现了对牵引变压器运行状态的不间断监测。现场运行数据与实验室数据的比较验证了该系统的有效性。
It is of significance to exercise realtime monitoring over transformers in traction substations and to find out the internal faults of traction transformer in time in assuring safe operation of high-speed railways. The paper analyes the demand of reliability of the traction power supply system as well as fault diagnosis of traction transformers. The on-line DGA (dissolved gas analysis) based monitoring scheme for traction transformers is brought forward. The corresponding on-line monitoring system for Traction Transformers Type TTM-Ⅰ is developed. Uninterruted observation of traction transformers is realized. The validity of the system is proved through comparing the site running data and the laboratory data.
