摘要
分析了激冷铸铁EQ153汽车凸轮轴中石墨层的金相组织及成分分布,认为石墨层的产生是由于铁水在结晶过程中产生成分偏析的结果。
The structure and distribution of elements in the graphite layer of chilled cast iron camshaft for EQ 153 truck was analysed. It was consi-dered that the produce of graphite layer resulted from the segregation of elements which occured in the process of crystallization of the metal.
